Inside Overlord: The Commanding View of Your Operation

Overlord turns the data your operation already produces into pipelines, warehouses, and live dashboards — one number, one source. This is how we build the view.

The division, and the name

Overlord is the Konstanti division responsible for data and analytics. The name is the elevated, commanding view — the vantage from which an entire operation is legible at once. Most organisations already produce all the data they need to run themselves well. What they lack is the height to see it.

From exhaust to decision

Every system you run emits data as a by-product: the ledger, the CRM, the case system, the payment processor. Individually it is exhaust. Overlord turns it into pipelines that move it on schedule, a warehouse that governs it in one place, and dashboards that present it to the person who has to act. One number, one source, live.

Dashboards for people who act, not admire

There is a difference between a chart that looks impressive in a board pack and a view that changes what someone does at 9am on a Tuesday. Overlord builds the second kind. A controller's close view. An operations lead's queue and exception board. A partner's WIP and lockup. Built for the decision, not the screenshot.

The single source of truth

The failure mode Overlord is designed to end is the meeting where two people have two different numbers for the same thing, and the first twenty minutes goes on reconciling them. When the pipeline is governed and the warehouse is the one place the number lives, the number stops being a matter of opinion.

When Overlord is the right division

If you can name a number you should be able to see but currently can't — this month's true margin, today's exception backlog, the real cost of a process — that is an Overlord engagement. We start by finding where that number already lives, scattered across your systems, and build the shortest reliable path from source to screen.

Bring the process that hurts. We'll tell you what it would take to remove it.
